Penghargaan Grammy (bahasa Inggris: Grammy Awards; nama asli Gramophone Awards) yang diberikan oleh National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences adalah salah satu dari empat penghargaan musik terbesar di AS (bersama Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards, dan Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony). Grammy Awards dianggap sebagai setaraf dengan Academy Awards dalam bidang musik.
Malam upacara penganugerahan Grammy yang pertama diselenggarakan pada tanggal 4 Mei 1959, untuk menghormati prestasi musik oleh artis untuk tahun 1958. Setelah upacara 2011, NARAS merombak banyak kategori Grammy Award untuk tahun 2012. Malam penganugerahan Penghargaan Grammy Awards ke-54 diadakan pada 12 Februari 2012 di Staples Center di Los Angeles, California.
